How does enrollment work?

When do I get my first tune-up?
We’ll schedule your first seasonal tune-up within 1–2 weeks of enrollment, at a time that’s convenient for you. You get two tune-ups per year: one in spring before summer, and one in fall before heating season.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no annual contract or long-term commitment. Your membership continues month-to-month until you decide to cancel. Just give us a call.
What does the tune-up include?
Our seasonal tune-up covers a full system inspection including: checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, testing capacitors and contactors, cleaning coils, checking filters, measuring airflow, and verifying thermostat calibration. We document everything and walk you through any findings.
Does the 10% discount apply to all repairs?
The 10% discount applies to qualifying repairs performed by Express Air & Mechanical technicians. It applies to parts and labor on most standard repairs. Our team will confirm applicability when they review your service details.
